When do I see factory names?
Factory names are shared once we have agreed the scope of your engagement.
Do you take commissions from factories?
We work for you, not for the factory. Any fee from a factory is written into your contract.
Can we start with a call?
Yes. We offer a 30-minute introductory call to buyers who complete our short screening form. It lets us tell you, honestly and early, whether your product can be sourced well in Vietnam.
How do you price your services?
Every project is different, so we do not publish a rate card. We define the scope with you first, then agree our fee in writing before any work starts.
